When I first came to see Susi I was 48 years old and I just couldn’t stop crying. I was a nervous wreck. My periods were irregular and I hadn’t had one for a very long time. I was only able to sleep 2 hours each night, and I cried non-stop. Unable to focus at school, it was difficult to learn and understand the material that my teachers presented, which made me cry even more. Within one week of acupuncture and natural remedies, Susi was able to restore my equilibrium, and I was back to normal functioning. I stopped crying and my periods came back.

I was feeling great, like I could stand up to anybody, including a Dane County Circuit Court Judge. I didn’t have acupuncture for quite a while because I was feeling so fine. Several weeks ago, another health issue came up, and I went to see my doctor… I should have tried acupuncture first. I had suddenly become very ill with a bacterial infection in my lungs and sinus, that my doctor said was pneumonia. After 6 days of prescription medicine, I began to swell. I stopped the meds and a few days later my skin turned red –like sunburn and then it began to bubble. I was put on Prednisone, Floronide (topical crème), 2 antihistamines, 8 tabs of Benedryl, and Claratin daily for several weeks. As a result of all this, I went into a state of hyper activity. My mind was continually racing out of control. I was not sleeping, alternating with bouts of euphoria. I was dysfunctional, unable to work, and I had to miss a court hearing that I really needed to attend (My ex-significant other has stolen thousands of dollars from me, but that is another story). Susi treated me with acupuncture, an ionic footbath and laser acupuncture, and my equilibrium was restored. I had an immediate sense of well being and relief.

I haven’t found anything in Western medicine to come near this type of treatment. I will never let myself get so imbalanced again. Next time I’ll see Susi first.
