On my 18th birthday I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Joint stifness progressed to the point of rigidity; and everything hurt! One of my toughest oral meds, methotrexate, left me wondering if this was going to be my life—pain and meds. I talked to a girlfriend whose mom was successfully treated at ACM. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I have three children and an active life. So I did all the usual reading, research, and talking with others who have M.S. I started acupuncture for migraine headaches. This was after all my doctors said they could do nothing but give me drugs. Following my first treatment I have never had another migraine!
